MUMBAI: Billionaire Anil Ambani-controlled Reliance Power is likely to be merged with sister firm Reliance Natural Resources, media reported on Friday, citing unidentified sources.
The boards of the firms, both part of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group ( ADAG) will meet on July 4 to consider the merger.
The source also added that the merger will take place on a share swap deal.
