Nuclear Power Corpn likely to ink JV with L&T

Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPC) is likely to sign a joint venture with engineering and construction giant, L&T, for manufacturing of forgings materials.

MUMBAI: Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPC) is likely to sign a joint venture with engineering and construction giant, L&T, for manufacturing of forgings materials.

"The details of the proposed JV are now being worked upon," Nuclear Power Corporation's Executive Director, Sudhinder Thakur, told reporters on Wednesday.

He said that the investment in the proposed JV could be around Rs 1,500-2,000 crore.
