NTPC to revisit corporate plan to accommodate renewable energy

NEW DELHI: NTPC will revisit its plans of exploring addition of renewable energy generation portfolio, chairman Gurdeep Singh said.

The state-run company wants to generate wind power and plans to set up 1,000 mw capacity on the lines of solar power auctions. It aims to set up solar plants with cumulative capacity of 10,000 mw.
