NTPC to declare results on May 30

MUMBAI: State-run National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) on Thursday said the company's board meeting will be held on May 30 to approve and take on record the financial results for the year ended March 31.

The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that recommendation of final dividend for the year 2006-07 would also be considered at the meeting.
