NTPC, CSIRO collaborate for research in low emission tech

NEW DELHI: NTPC on Tuesday said it has entered into a collaboration with Australia's Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation ( CSIRO) for joint research in low-emission energy technologies.

CSIRO and NTPC have signed a letter of intent for scientific collaboration and to encourage joint research activities in the area of low-emission energy technologies, including gasification and renewables technologies, an official statement said.
