Karnataka and Goa on Thursday joined the central government-sponsored revival plan for state power distribution companies.

NEW DELHI: Karnataka and Goa on Thursday joined the central government-sponsored revival plan for state power distribution companies.
With this, the total number of states that have joined the Ujwal Discom Assurance Yojna ( UDAY) has risen to 12.
Another half a dozen states are expected to join the scheme.
