Inox Wind arm acquires Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) Pvt Ltd

NEW DELHI: Inox Wind today said its wholly-owned subsidiary Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd has acquired Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) Private Ltd.

"We hereby inform that continuing our expansion in southern states of India, Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inox Wind Limited has acquired Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) Private Limited, with effect from March 25, 2016," a company statement said.

Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) Private Ltd has become a step down subsidiary of Inox Wind Ltd, it said.

"Further, in accordance with the company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company remains closed from March 25 till March 27, 2016," it added.
