MUMBAI: IDFC Projects Ltd, the project development arm of IDFC Ltd and the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd, a public sector enterprise under the ministry of New and Renewable Energy (IREDA) have signed an MoU to structure and implement a renewable energy development programme.
The MoU envisages the establishment of renewable energy industrial parks as well as the execution of renewable energy projects in the public private partnership format.
The MoU will be followed by the setting up of a joint working group. In addition to executing the above mentioned plans, the group will also work towards building awareness of renewable energy.
