ICSA bags Rs 80 cr order for building rural electricity infra

MUMBAI: Technology solutions provider in power sector ICSA India on Monday said that it has bagged Rs 79.88 crore contract from Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam for providing electricity infrastructure in Banswara District of Rajasthan.

The company has secured work order for a total contract value of Rs 79.88 crore from Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam for providing rural electricity infrastructure under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vidyutikaran Yojna in Banswara district on turnkey basis, ICSA India said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 274, down 1.59 per cent on BSE in afternoon trade.

Jindal Poly board meet on July 14 to mull buyback offer. Jindal Poly Films, a manufacturer of flexible packaging and metallised films on Monday said that its board of directors will meet on July 14, to discuss a share buyback proposal.

A meeting of the board of directors of the company would be held on July 14, to discuss and approve the buy-back of its equity shares by the company, Jindal Poly said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 215, up 16.03 per cent on BSE in afternoon trade.
