DHBVN to set up 59 sub-stations of 33 kv
DHBVN will implement its biggest ever annual plan to set up 59 substations of 33 KV and augment the capacity of several existing substations at a cost of Rs 275 crore.
A spokesman of DHBVN said here today that the jurisdiction of DHBVN comprises of districts of Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hisar, Bhiwani, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Gurgaon, Mewat and Faridabad.
He said that this project would include erection of new 33 KV lines, bifurcation and trifurcation of overloaded feeders, segregation of rural agriculture and domestic load and installation of new distribution transformers.
With the completion of this work, the capacity of transmission and distribution system would be augmented by about 615 MVA.
