Dhabol plant to restart generation from Oct

Ratnagiri Gas and Power Pvt Ltd, the new owner of Dabhol Power Project is likely to restart generation from next month, Power Secretary R V Shahi said on Friday.

NEW DELHI: Ratnagiri Gas and Power Pvt Ltd, the new owner of Dabhol Power Project is likely to restart generation from next month, Power Secretary R V Shahi said on Friday.

Shahi said the plant would be restarted on imported naptha.

The tariff is likely to be about Rs 6 per unit, Shahi said.
