Shareholders authorised us to borrow 25K cr to fund HPCL deal: DK Sarraf, ONGC
Talking to ET Now, DK Sarraf , CMD, ONGC , says other than raising Rs 25000 crore, it has Rs 10,000 crore in liquid cash. There are other alternatives like sale of some of the stocks also but ONGC is yet to take a decision that what is the best approach.
