MUMBAI: Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) on Friday said Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has appointed S Sundareshan as a new director of the company.
Sundareshan would take charge with effect from May 28, 2007, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
