Petrol, Diesel prices hiked again on 11th consecutive day

There is not relief for common man as the fuel prices hike continued for 11th consectuive day on Thursday. Petrol prices in Delhi were hiked by 26 paise to Rs 77.47 per litre and diesel by 15 paise to Rs 68.53 per litre. Govt on Wednesday had said that India will take a long-term view on the retail pricing of petrol and diesel to shield consumers from volatility in global markets, suggesting it could change the way pump prices are calculated.
