Oil India Limited and IOT Infrastructure ink MOU

GUWAHATI: Oil India Limited (OIL) and IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Limited inked MOU for the EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) jobs.
According to MOU both the companies will explore development of city or Natural Gas distribution network in India and overseas.

An Oil spokesperson said that OIL and IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Limited will jointly take up construction jobs for Natural Gas/ Crude Oil/ Product Pipelines & associated Pump Stations, within the country & overseas besides pursuing any other business opportunities, which are mutually beneficial to both the parties.

Both the companies have decided to cooperate in sharing technology & knowledge, in areas of mutual interests.

The spokesperson added the understanding is primarily for the EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) jobs.
