NRL's to support startups and entrepreneurs of Northeast India

GUWAHATI: Assam based Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) has taken an initiative to support entrepreneurs, innovators and startups of Northeast India.

iDEATION is the platform created by NRL for selection of startups for funding that have the potential to grow in future. NRL has earmarked a fund of Rs 10 Crore to be invested in selected startups, primarily from the region.

MAnaging director of NRL S.K Barua Said that company has also taken another initiative this year to encourage and motivate young entrepreneurs particularly from the student community in university and college campuses by organizing a series of startup boot camps. Startup boot camps were organised.
