Mahanagar Gas, Suvidhaa tie-up for bill payments
In a bid to offer greater convenience to its customers, natural gas distribution company Mahanagar Gas Ltd (MGL) has tied-up with Suvidhaa Infoserve.
MGL, which supplies piped natural gas, has around 3.5 lakh domestic consumers while Suvidhaa has over 600 outlets across Mumbai and Thane.
The tie-up would enable the gas distributor's domestic customers to avail the facility and convenience to deposit bill payments at all Suvidhaa points-S-Commerce kiosks, across the metropolis and adjoining areas, a press release issued here stated.
MGL is also mulling extending further value-added services to its domestic customers through these outlets, the release added.
"Our association with Suvidhaa is an extension of our customer-friendly initiatives to provide our customers with multiple bill payment options," MGL Managing Director P K Gupta said.
Suvidhaa Infoserve Managing Director Paresh Rajde said the company planned to have over 10,000 outlets by end of this year and one lakh in the next three years.
