L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering bags orders worth over Rs 2,200 Crore

The firm has signed an EPC contract with the Abu Dhabi-based Al Dhafra Petroleum Operations Company Ltd, which is a JV involving GS Energy.

Larsen & Toubro’s hydrocarbon engineering arm has bagged an order worth over Rs 2,200 crore from Al Dhafra Petroleum Operations Company of Abu Dhabi, the engineering major said in a statement Monday.

The order entails engineering, procurement and construction work for field development for Al Dhafra Petroleum, which is a joint venture between ADNOC and Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC) and GS Energy.

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering said the the scope of the contract includes engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of flow lines, gathering facilities and pipelines to transfer crude oil & gas from Haliba fields to processing facility at Asab and installation of 132 kV and 33 kV overhead electrical transmission lines to supply power.
