LPG hoarding crackdown: 12,000 raids, 15,000 cylinders seized amid West Asia supply fears
Authorities across India have intensified a crackdown on LPG hoarding and black marketing as concerns grow over cooking gas supply amid the West Asia conflict. Officials say more than 12,000 raids have been carried out and about 15,000 cylinders seized in recent days. The issue also sparked a heated exchange in Parliament, with the opposition alleging a crisis and the government accusing rivals of creating panic.
