The state-owned refiner is seeking to sell one cargo of 40,000-60,000 metric tons per month of the aviation fuel for October to December loading, with prices to be linked to Dubai crude quotes, the document showed.
The first cargo should be loaded on October 10-28, while the remaining two should be loaded between the 7th and 28th of each month.
Interested bidders are to submit their proposals by September 22.
The refiner last sought to sell such term cargoes in July last year.
