New Delhi: Indian Oil will form an equal joint venture with EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt. Ltd to set up compressed biogas (CBG) plants.

“By leveraging their combined expertise, Indian Oil and EverEnviro aim to accelerate the deployment of CBG plants nationwide,” the nation’s top refiner said in a statement.

Established in 2019 by Eversource Capital, EverEnviro offers solutions for the management of various waste streams, including urban municipal waste, agro waste, and industrial agro waste.
