Petrol, jet fuel, commercial LPG price hike: Here are key updates on price changes from April 1
Indian fuel prices show mixed trends as Indian Oil Corporation keeps regular petrol and diesel unchanged but raises XP100 premium petrol in Delhi by ₹11 to ₹160 per litre. Aviation turbine fuel prices rise amid the West Asia conflict, with domestic airline ATF increasing about 8–8.5% to around ₹1.04 lakh per kilolitre. Jet fuel for non-scheduled and charter operators crosses ₹2 lakh per kilolitre in Delhi after a steep revision. Commercial LPG prices jump sharply, with a 19-kg cylinder in Delhi rising by ₹195.50 to ₹2,078.50, increasing cost pressure on restaurants, hotels, and delivery services. Domestic LPG prices remain unchanged this month, offering limited relief to households as inflation risks build.
