Paris: Demand for liquefied natural gas (LNG) will continue to rise as ‌the ⁠European ⁠Union's ban on Russian LNG imports takes effect in 2027, the CEO ⁠of TotalEnergies Patrick ‌Pouyanne said on ⁠Wednesday.

"We see global LNG ​supply rising, but ​Europe's demand has been absorbing it so ‌far," CEO Patrick Pouyanne ​told ​reporters ⁠after presenting the group's quarterly earnings.
