New Delhi: Private city gas distributors raised compressed natural gas (CNG) prices by Rs 1-2.6 per kg in several parts of the country. This follows an increase in domestic natural gas price at the start of April amid higher global oil and gas prices.

Adani Gas raised CNG prices by ₹1.5 per kg in Gujarat, while Torrent Gas increased rates by Rs 2.5 per kg in Rajasthan and other markets. Think Gas lifted prices by up to ₹2.6 per kg across north and south India.
