Som Distelleries launches beer brands in Goa
Bhopal-based producer of beer, whiskey and rum, Som Distilleries and Breweries Ltd in collaboration with Goa-based Falcon Traders Ltd has launched some of its beer brands in the Goa market.

MUMBAI: Bhopal-based producer of beer, whiskey and rum, Som Distilleries and Breweries Ltd in collaboration with Goa-based Falcon Traders Ltd has launched some of its beer brands in the Goa market.
Under the agreement the company has launched its brands such as Hunter Premium Strong Beer and Legend Mild Beer in Goa, Som Distilleries informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The agreement involves a minimum sale of 2 lakh cases of beer in the first year, which will add around Rs 4 crore to its top line, it added.
Goa being a key national and international market, the collaboration would give it a further mileage for its other brands besides promoting its sales in the western and southern region.
A major restructuring exercise to reorganise its product portfolio and improve its bottom-line is also underway.
