Police on Tuesday seized liquor illegally stored in a farm house on the city outskirts valued at Rs 3.06 lakh.

DAVANAGERE: Police on Tuesday seized liquor illegally stored in a farm house on the city outskirts valued at Rs 3.06 lakh.

One person has been arrested in this connection, District Superintendent of Police Sonia Narang said here.

Police suspect that the liquor, stored in 462 boxes, was meant for distribution during election.
