Foreign fund buys 1.54 lakh shares of McDowell

MUMBAI: Foreign fund Edmond De Rothschild Asset Management has picked up 1.54 lakh equity shares of Vijay Mallya led McDowell Holdings Ltd for Rs 5.21 crore.
Edmond De Rothschild Asset Management acquired 1,54,006 equity shares of McDowell Holdings at a price of Rs 338.32 per share in bulk deal on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Besides, Fidelity Management and Research Company sold off 1.85 lakh equity shares of the company at a price of Rs 337.64 each in a separate deal.
