Dalmia Continental to sell non-alcoholic beer

Dalmia Continental has entered into a tie-up with German beverages major Radeberger Gruppe to sell non-alcoholic beer in India.

NEW DELHI: Dalmia Continental has entered into a tie-up with German beverages major Radeberger Gruppe to sell non-alcoholic beer in India.

The company will import and market Radeberger’s best-selling non-alcoholic beer Clausthaler in the country.

Dalmia Continental chairman V N Dalmia said the company expects to rake in sales of Rs 57 crore by 2010 when the market for the segment grows to around Rs 64 crore from just Rs 3 crore today.

The company will spend Rs 11 crore on various promotional campaigns. It will target teetotallers, hotels, bars and restaurants.
