Champagne Indage to issue equity shares
Wine maker Champagne Indage Ltd on Wednesday said it will issue up to nine lakh equity shares and upto 31.25 lakh equity share warrants to promoters and specified investors.

MUMBAI: Wine maker Champagne Indage Ltd on Wednesday said it will issue up to nine lakh equity shares and upto 31.25 lakh equity share warrants to promoters and specified investors.
The board of directors, at its meeting held recently, approved to issue nine lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price determined in accordance with SEBI guidelines for preferential issues, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company would also issue upto 31.25 lakh warrants convertible into equity shares of Rs 10 each, at a price determined with SEBI guidelines, it added.
The issue of rights shares announced earlier was postponed and would be re-considered when the further need of funds arises, it said.
The issue of equity shares and warrants would be subject to shareholders' approval and any other regulatory authorities, it added.
The shares of the company closed at Rs 352, up 0.17 per cent at the BSE.
