Raymond re-appoints Gautam Hari Singhania as CMD

Textile major Raymond on Monday said it has re-appointed Gautam Hari Singhania as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of five years.

The board of directors has re-appointed Singhania for a period of five years with effect from July 1, Raymond said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Further, the board has also appointed Desh Deepak Khetrapal as the wholetime director for a period of five years with effect from June 20, the filing added.
