Raymond Apparel buys stake in Colurplus Fashions
Raymond Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Raymond Apparel Ltd has acquired a 25.9 per cent stake in Colurplus Fashions Ltd (CFL), taking its total stake in CFL to 100 per cent.

MUMBAI: Leading apparel manufacturer Raymond Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Raymond Apparel Ltd has acquired a 25.9 per cent stake in Colurplus Fashions Ltd (CFL), taking its total stake in CFL to 100 per cent.
Raymond Apparel, which earlier held a 74.1 per cent stake in its subsidiary -- Colurplus Fashions, has now acquired the remaining 25.9 per cent stake, Raymond Ltd informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Raymond Apparel has three menswear brands in its folio -- Park Avenue, Parx and Manzoni.
Shares of Raymond moved up 1.23 per cent to Rs 400.25 today at the BSE.
