NTC plans to e-auction Worli land

MUMBAI: National Textile Corporation ( NTC) on Friday will shortlist builders from nearly two dozen bidders who have expressed interest in buying its closed Podar and Bharat mills in Worli. The two plots together admeasure 10 acres.

The shortlisted bidders will take part in the online auction to be held between July 28 and August 3. The bidders will be shortlisted on the basis of the eligibility criteria, said a senior NTC official. NTC has set the reserve prices at `750 crore and `250 crore for Bharat and Poddar mills, respectively.
