LNJ Bhilwara renames flagship co

NEW DELHI: LNJ Bhilwara Group has rebranded the corporate identity of its flagship group company Rajasthan Spinning and Weaving Mills. The Rs 1,000-crore company has been rechristened as RSWM Ltd. The textile manufacturer which had been engaged in spinning and weaving is diversifying beyond its traditional business line and the new identity has been brought in to reflect the changes in the activities of the company.

According to Riju Jhunjhunwala, joint managing director at RSWM,“The company has moved beyond the original business of spinning and weaving. We have entered the business of garments and are now getting into denim.The idea was to reflect the changing activities of the company.”

The new corporate identity also gels in with the trade name. The company has been known by its abbreviated form in trade circles. RSWM is currently undergoing a major expansion plan of Rs 900 crore increasing its yarn and garment manufacturing capacity.
