Guj HC okays Arvind Mills' scheme of arrangement

AHMEDABAD: Arvind Mills has received Ahmedabad High Court's sanction for the scheme of arrangement entailing the merger and de-merger of its businesses.
The Ahmedabad High Court by its order dated December 12, has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for de-merger of garment business division of Arvind Brands Ltd and amalgamation of Arvind Fashions Ltd, Arvind Mills informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company had received approval for the scheme of arrangement and consequential reduction and restructuring of share capital of Arvind Brands Ltd and Arvind Mills with effect from April 1 this year.
