Future Group expects 25 per cent revenue growth in FY'11

Future Group today said it expects a revenue growth of 20-25 per cent during the current financial year.

KOLKATA: Kishore Biyani-promoted Future Group, which operates retail chains like Pantaloons, Big Bazaar and Home Town, today said it expects a revenue growth of 20-25 per cent during the current financial year.

In the last fiscal, the group had generated a revenue of Rs 700 crore, the company's business head (East Zone) Manish Agarwal said.

"This fiscal we expect to grow by 20 per cent to 25 per cent," he told reporters here today.

Last year, the footfalls were 2.5 crore and it is expected to be around three crore this year, Agarwal said.

Its flagship brand Pantaloons operates in a retail space of 16 million square feet.
