MUMBAI: Carreman Fabrics India Ltd, a joint venture entity between Banswara Syntex and France-based Carreman Michel Thierry has started commercial production.
Banswara Syntex today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the JV company -- Carreman Fabrics India started its commercial production from July 1, this year.
The company had earlier entered into a 50-50 joint venture with the French company to set up a plant at Banswara in Rajasthan for weaving and exporting high value lycra-based designer fabrics.
The shares of the company closed at Rs 102.50, up 0.39 per cent at the BSE.
