Aastha Spintex to allot 4.41 crore bonus shares

New Delhi: Aastha Spintex will allot 4.41 crore bonus equity shares under its 1:1 bonus issue, with September 28 fixed as the record date for determining eligible shareholders.

The Gujarat-based firm said the shareholders will receive one bonus share for every existing share of Rs 10 each held by them as on the record date.

The company's board has also approved raising authorised share capital to Rs 100 crore from Rs 45 crore and expanding into grey and value-added fabric products, it added.
