Thermax bags Rs 345 cr orders from 3 cos

MUMBAI: Thermax Ltd on Friday said the cogen division of the company has bagged orders worth Rs 345 crore from three companies.
It has secured a Rs 140 crore order for a 2x25 MW cogeneration plant from a leading PVC and caustic soda manufacturer in Tamil Nadu, Thermax informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company has bagged another order worth Rs 150 crore from a Kolkata-based leading power utility company and a repeat order from a South India's leading cement manufacturer for another unit of 18 MW to be set up in Andhra Pradesh.
