MUZAFFARNAGAR: A synthetic mawa manufacturing factory was unearthed and a quintal of synthetic mawa was seized, police said today.
The mawa was supplied to Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, SP Vinod Kumar said.
Two persons Kirshanpal and Murarilal have been arrested in this regard, he added.
