Sakthi Sugars acquires Bonomi Belgium
Sakthi Sugars Ltd on Friday said its subsidiary, Sakthi Auto Component Ltd (SACL) has acquired 51.83 per cent stake in the equity share capital of Coimbatore-based Bonomi Belgium Ventiel India.

MUMBAI: Sakthi Sugars Ltd on Friday said its subsidiary, Sakthi Auto Component Ltd (SACL) has acquired 51.83 per cent stake in the equity share capital of Coimbatore-based Bonomi Belgium Ventiel India.
Bonomi Belgium Ventiel, which is engaged in the manufacture of industrial valves, has become a subsidiary of SACL with effect from June 6, Sakthi Sugars informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The shares of the company were trading at Rs 146.30, up 4.99 per cent at the BSE.
