Lotte India acquires 22 acres land in Chennai
Lotte India Corporation Ltd, formerly known as Parrys Confectionery Ltd, on Wednesday said it has acquired land measuring 21.52 acres in the outskirts of Chennai, keeping in line with its expansion plans.

MUMBAI: Lotte India Corporation Ltd, formerly known as Parrys Confectionery Ltd, on Wednesday said it has acquired land measuring 21.52 acres in the outskirts of Chennai, keeping in line with its expansion plans.
The company plans to achieve its growth and profitability targets for the current year through various cost optimisation measures, brand building and expansion of distribution network, Lotte India Corporation informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
New products like Cool Mint, King Mint, Choco Pie were also launched, it said.
K V Ramachandra has joined the company as Managing Director with effect from October 23, it added.
