Jubilant Foodworks hikes product prices: Reports

The co increased prices with effect from July 1 to pass on higher costs of food articles to consumers. Management had last hiked prices in November last year.

MUMBAI: Domino’s pizza chain operator Jubilant Foodworks has hiked product prices by 4-6 per cent, sources said. The company increased prices with effect from July 1 to pass on higher costs of food articles to consumers. Management had last hiked prices in November last year.

This move is a positive for the company’s margins which have been under pressure due to high food inflation, analysts said. Demand for Domino’s Pizza remains strong and the price hike will not impact demand, they added.

The stock was at Rs 1,221.85, down 0.32 per cent on the NSE. It has touched a high of Rs 1,240.90 and a low of Rs 1,216.30 in trade so far.
