The order, issued on May 12, 2026, pertains to a store located in Ballabgarh, Faridabad, which was found operating without prior Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution Act, 1981, the company said.
The company received the communication on May 21 at 10:17 hrs and has been directed to deposit the amount within one month, it added.
Jubilant FoodWorks said the alleged violation relates to environmental clearances and has clarified that the impact on its financials, operations, or other activities is not material. The company also stated that it is contesting the order and has deposited the amount under protest, in line with prescribed procedures.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the filing said.
