Havmor to invest ₹450 cr in India to expand capacity

The fresh investment is to ramp-up capacity and the company will set up a new manufacturing facility at Pune, the brand's first Korean technology-based facility in India, it said.

Havmor ice-cream, a subsidiary of South Korea's Lotte Confectionery, will invest ₹ 450 crore over a five-year period, the company said on Tuesday. The fresh investment is to ramp-up capacity and the company will set up a new manufacturing facility at Pune, the brand's first Korean technology-based facility in India, it said. "This investment demonstrates the confidence the group has on the growth opportunity in India," said Komal Anand, MD, Havmor.
