NEW DELHI: Beverage maker Coca-Cola president Venkatesh Kini is moving out of the company after a three and a half year stint at the top.

Additional sweeping changes in the leadership team of Coca-Cola, along with Kini's successor will be announced later in the day today. Kini's exit follows at least six quarters of low single digit growth at Coca-Cola.

While India is a critical market for the Atlanta-based beverage giant, consumers here have been moving away from fizzy drinks consumption to healthier beverages and scaling back discretionary spends.
