CavinKare launches curd in one kg packs

CHENNAI: FMCG major CavinKare today widened its portfolio in the dairy space, launching its Cavin's ' Curd' in one kg bucket packs.

"While one kg packs have a strong presence abroad, it is for the first time that a one kg pack has been launched in India by Cavin's", a company statement said.

The one kg pack is currently available at an introductory price of Rs 89 across the city, the statement added.

CavinKare, with a turnover Rs 1,200 crore, retails shampoos under brand Chik, Meera, Nyle, fairness cream -- Fairever, Deodorant and Talc -- Spinz, hair colours -- Indica among others, the release added.
