AVT Natural's subsi signs pact with US firm

MUMBAI: AVT Natural Products Ltd on Monday said its Singapore-based wholly-owned subsidiary AVT Natural Pte Ltd has signed an agreement with Kemin Foods LC, US.
As per the agreement, AVT Pte Natural would manage Kemin's Thailand-based wholly-owned subsidiary, Siagra Company Ltd.
The management agreement is initially for a period of three years and on a profit sharing basis. Under it the marigold pellets produced at Siagra would be processed at AVT Natural's Kochi extraction plant, the Chennai-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Kemin Foods manufactures and markets specialty ingredients for human nutrition and personal care. PTI
