Samardeep Subandh quits as Chief Sales Officer from Marico

MUMBAI: Consumer products major Marico today announced the appointment of Sanjay Mishra as Chief Operating Officer, India sales and Bangladesh business effective 14th October, 2015.

Samardeep Subandh has resigned from his position as Chief Sales Officer in a step to peruse opportunities outside Marico.

In this new role, Sanjay will take charge from Samardeep to further accelerate the Go To Market (GTM) transformation journey and institutionalize the changes to reinforce the sales function as a clear source of competitive advantage and hotbed of talent.

In July 2015, the company had announced the resignation of Sameer Satpathy as chief marketing officer stating thatt he will now be pursuing opportunities outside the company. HIs successor, ex Mondelez talent Anuradha Aggarwal took charge in August 2015.
