RPSG Group appoints Harshad Jain as CEO of FMCG business

The RP-Sanjiv Goenka (RPSG) Group has appointed Harshad Jain as chief executive officer of its FMCG business, effective October 12, according to an organisational circular issued by the group.

Jain brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across aviation, media and entertainment, consumer businesses and telecommunications. He holds a postgraduate diploma in sales and marketing.

His areas of expertise include profit and loss management, sales and marketing, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and digital transformation.


Most recently, Jain held advisory positions on the boards of several companies. Before that, he served as CEO – Non-Aero at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. His previous stints include HT Media Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd, WorldSpace India and PepsiCo India.

Jain will be based at RPSG House and report to the group’s vice-chairman, Shashwat Goenka, the circular said.

The RPSG Group operates its FMCG business through Guiltfree Industries Ltd (GIL), which markets packaged snacks under the Too Yumm! brand and personal care products under Naturali and Within Beauty. GIL also holds a 70% stake in Rajkot-based Apricot Foods Pvt Ltd, which markets snacks under the Evita brand.

In 2025-26, GIL expanded its product portfolio across packaged snacks and personal care, strengthened its distribution reach through quick-commerce platforms and expanded its international presence. Its consolidated income stood at Rs 560.9 crore for the year.
