Godrej Consumer Products appoints V Srinivasan as CFO

NEW DELHI: FMCG major Godrej Consumer Products today appointed V Srinivasan as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from April 1, 2015.

Srinivasan replaces P Ganesh, who will be moving to another group company from April 1, 2015.

In a BSE filing, Godrej Consumer Products said: "V Srinivasan has been appointed CFO and Company Secretary of the company with effect from April 1, 2015 and shall ensure compliances with effect from the same date."

"The Board has noted the resignation of P Ganesh, CFO and Company Secretary with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2015," it added.

As part of talent rotation within the group, Ganesh will be moving to another group company.
